Xiamen Airlines (MF, Xiamen) has a new shareholder after Jizhong Energy Resources, one of China's largest coal producers, has acquired a 15% stake in the Skyteam member from Hubei Aviation Investment Group for approximately $308 million USD. China Southern Airlines (CZ, Guangzhou) remains the majority shareholder in Xiamen Airlines and currently still owns 51% of the shares.
