Air Berlin (1991) (Berlin Tegel) is reportedly considering closing some of its crew bases in Germany including Münster/Osnabrück and Paderborn/Lippstadt according to a report by Air Transport World. Air Berlin is currently implementing its Turbine restructuring plan and had already announced that it will lay off 10% of its staff as part of the plan. Air Berlin will have two B737-800s based at Münster/Osnabrück and one B737-800 in Paderborn next summer season.
