Spring Airlines (9C, Shanghai Hongqiao) has announced plans to open a small base at Hangzhou from March 31. It will base an A320-200 at its fourth base in the country that will be used to launch a daily service from Hangzhou to Dalian and several weekly services to Zhangjiajie Hehua, Guilin and Sanya. Spring already serves Hangzhou twice daily from Shenyang Taoxian International.
