Transaero Airlines (Moscow Vnukovo) has added its first Tu-204(F) (RA-64052 / MSN 64052) to its fleet as its first cargo aircraft. Transaero CEO, Olga Pleshakova has gone on record as saying that, aside from the favorable financial terms the airline had been offered by Tupolev, "the addition of Tu-204(F) aircraft would allow Transaero to carry out their MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) together with their fleet of three Tu-214s", which resumed scheduled flights as of mid-March. Pleshakova added that "the freighters will perform mostly domestic flights with a large share of operations in Russia's Far East."
