Iraqi Airways (IA, Baghdad) are to take delivery of two A321-200s originally meant for Bahraini carrier, Gulf Air (GF, Bahrain International), but which were never taken up. Sources inform ch-aviation that the two aircraft are c/n 5321 and 5336. The Iraqi national carrier already operates two of the type on flights from Baghdad and Erbil to Amman Queen Alia, Bahrain International, Beirut, Frankfurt International and Najaf.
