Inter Global de Aviación (Madrid Barajas) CEO Dairo Alberto Quiroga de Padro has been arrested in Spain for selling bogus Asuncion to Madrid Barajas airline tickets. Spanish tourism newswire Reportur says Mr de Pedro has been charged with defrauding 67 people of almost EUR50'000 (USD69'035) after luring them in with radio adverts and street flyers. Fake tickets were allegedly sold for cash at sub-market rates to unsuspecting members of the Paraguayan public so as to avoid Spanish authorities. In 2009, Padro Quiroga was arrested for defrauding 21 people with another bogus Malabo to Madrid Barajas flight offer.
