China Airlines (CI, Taipei Taoyuan) has revised its planned maiden B777-300ER routes to now include daily flights from Taipei Taoyuan to Hong Kong International and Bangkok Suvarnabhumi effective October 1. Airline Route reports that the previously slated Taipei to Xiamen flight, operated on behalf of Mandarin Airlines (AE, Taichung Ching Chuan Kang), has now been cancelled.

The Taiwanese carrier has ten B777-300(ER)s on order from Boeing (BOE, Washington National) which will in turn be leased from GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS).
