Overland Airways (OF, Lagos) will inaugurate the soon-to-be-commissioned airport of Dutse International Airport in Nigeria's central northern state of Jigawa on July 15, Governor Sule Lamido has announced.
The airport, which has only seen irregular charter flights in recent years, has been upgraded by the Nigerian government to allow for its use both as a domestic hub as well as a transit point for Muslim pilgrims undergoing the Hajj as well as Umrah.
