Eastern Airways (T3, Humberside) will take over the Cardiff-Newcastle route from Air Wales (6G/Cardiff) on April 24. It will operate two weekdaily Jetstream 41 services between the two cities. It has also announced plans to take over the Cardiff-Aberdeen and Cardiff-Brussels routes. Eastern has given up its Norwich-Edinburgh services.
