Air Tahiti (VT, Papeete) took delivery of its first of four ATR72-600s on order from ATR - Avions de Transport Régional (EVX, Toulouse Blagnac) on November 15 Skyliner Aviation has reported.
F-ORVS (cn 1192) joins the Tahitian carrier's all-ATR fleet of one ATR42-500, two ATR42-600s and seven ATR72-500s used on flights throughout French Polynesia as well as Rarotonga. In addition to the three outstanding ATR72-600s, Air Tahiti is also expecting one more ATR42-600 in the near future.
