Transaero Airlines (Moscow Vnukovo) will lease several B747-400s over the next couple of years to replace its B747-200s that it plans to convert into freighters. It will launch daily B737-500 service from Moscow Sheremetyevo to Tel Aviv Ben Gurion on October 28 in addition to its two daily services from Domodedovo. On the same date, it will also introduce a weekly B737-500 service between St. Petersburg and Munich. Transaero has started codesharing on Belavia (B2/Minsk Intl 2) services between Moscow Domodedovo and Minsk Intl 2.
