Transaero Airlines (Moscow Vnukovo) will shortly take delivery of its first ex-South African Airways (SA/Johannesburg) B747-400. It is planning to launch new routes from Moscow Domodedovo to Los Angeles and New York in 2008. Transaero will already add several other new services earlier: Moscow Domodedovo-Basle/Mulhouse: weekly B737-500 service starting on December 23 (replacing earlier route to Strasbourg) Moscow Domodedovo-Hong Kong-Sydney: bi-weekly B767-300ER service starting on December 24 Moscow Domodedovo-Johannesburg-Mauritius: bi-weekly B767-300ER service starting on December 29 St. Petersburg-Frankfurt: weekly B737-500 service has started on October 28
