EasyFly (Colombia) (Bogotá) has been granted international traffic rights for the Northern Colombian city of Monteria.
In its latest regulatory disclosure, Colombia's civil aviation authority (Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil - Aerocivil) said it had awarded Easyfly rights to a 3x weekly Monteria-Panamá City Tocumen International service valid from the middle of next year onwards.
Should the flights commence, they will be Monteria's first international route as at present, its only services are local and entail Avianca (Bogotá) (serving Bogota), LATAM Airlines Colombia (4C, Bogotá) (serving Bogota), and VivaColombia (Medellín José Maria Córdova) (serving Bogota and Medellín José Maria Córdova). For its part, Easyfly serves Barranquilla and Medellín Enrique Olaya Herrera.
