S7 Airlines (S7, Novosibirsk) has phased out its remaining Il-86s and Tu-154Ms on November 17 and will cut up to 1600 staff as a result of its cost cutting plan. It has leased a third and fourth ex-Air Europa (UX/Palma de Mallorca) and ex-Delta Air Lines (DL/Atlanta) B767-300ER. It has also entered into a bilateral codeshare agreement with AZAL Azerbaijan Airlines (J2/Baku) for the Moscow Domodedovo-Baku route and started codesharing on UTair (P2/Khanty-Mansiysk) routes from Moscow Domodedovo to Ufa and from Moscow Vnukovo to Astrakhan and Nizhnevartovsk. It has retired its last B737-500 in early October but has added a first ex-Adam Air B737-400 instead. S7 has resume weekly A320-200 service from Novosibirsk to Bishkek on November 20.
