Fly Capri (Green Bay) is a Wisconsin-based start-up virtual carrier currently seeking funding ahead of its proposed 2019/20 winter season launch. According to an investors prospectus, the start-up would operate from Wisconsin, and other "underserviced" markets, once it has secured Public Charter Operator authorization from the US Department of Transportation (DOT).

Among the routes Fly Capri aims to serve with non-stop flights include Fort Myers Southwest Florida to each of Madison, WI and Green Bay. Depending on flight costs and the selected carrier, Fly Capri may also operate Madison-Green Bay flights. Operations will be on-board either A320 or B737 equipment operated by an FAA certified Part 121 or Part 135 air carrier.

Capri will also evaluate, and intends to implement, a second destination from its WI cities that will generate summer traffic. Destination cities may include, but are not limited to, Boston, MA, Philadelphia International, PA, Los Angeles International, CA, San Francisco, CA, Washington DC, Orlando, FL, or Fort Lauderdale International/Miami International, FL.

The company will also be certified to sell vacation packages in exchange for hotel and rental car commissions, which is also expected to increase passenger loads on the company’s flights.

As it stands, Fly Capri is currently seeking 200 investors that will contribute USD9,900 each for a total of USD1,980,000.
