According to Flightradar24 ADS-B data, VH-ZPH (msn 19000199) operated its last service as flight VA1105 from Newcastle Williamtown to Brisbane International.
As it stands, Virgin Australia's fleet is centred around Airbus, Boeing and ATR - Avions de Transport Régional equipment namely six A330-200s, eight ATR72-600s, two B737-700s, and sixty-five B737-800s. In addition, Virgin Australia International (VA, Brisbane International) operates 15 B737-800s and five B777-300ERs while Virgin Australia Regional (VA, Perth International) operates two A320-200s and 14 F100s.
The reduction in fleet complexity is expected to improve the carrier's overall financial performance.
