Air Italy (2005) (Milan Malpensa) has leased a first ex-SkyEurope Airlines (NE/Bratislava) B737-700 and will launch new seasonal routes this summer season: Palermo-Olbia: 6x weekly seasonal B737-300 service starting on July 24 Turin-Olbia: daily seasonal B737-300 service starting on June 26 Verona-Brindisi: 2x weekly seasonal B737-300 service resuming on July 25 Verona-Lamezia Terme: 4x weekly seasonal B737-300 service starting on July 24 Verona-Olbia: daily seasonal B737-300 service starting on June 26 Verona-Reggio di Calabria: 3x weekly seasonal B737-300 service starting on July 25 It has temporarily wet-leased a B737-500 from Smartwings (QS/Prague) for the winter season and had for a very short time operated routes from Milan Linate to Bari and Naples using unused Alitalia (AZ/Rome Fiumicino) slots between December 30 and January 12 when it has been forced to give up the slots again by the Italian slot coordination and has taken legal action against the authorities about this move.
