Vueling Airlines (VY, Barcelona El Prat) and Clickair have been merged on July 9. The new merged carrier is 45.9% owned by Iberia (IB/Madrid) and currently operates 37 A320-200s. It will give up its routes from Barcelona to Verona, from Madrid to Naples and from Seville to Brussels Ntl and Venice Marco Polo on October 24.
