Garuda Indonesia (GA, Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta) will turn its Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta-Amsterdam Schiphol, Netherlands, service into an all-direct service with effect from October 28 onwards.

Three of the route's six weekly frequencies are currently required to stop in Singapore Changi on the outbound service given payload restrictions in force in Jakarta.

However, ch-aviation analysis of schedule data shows that with the onset of the Winter 2018/19 season, all six weekly flights will operate non-stop using B777-300ER equipment.

Garuda also runs a 3x weekly Jakarta-London Heathrow, United Kingdom, service again using B777 equipment. Schedule data again indicates that effective October 28, this route will be provisionally suspended.
