It has also not resumed seasonal services from Birmingham and Southampton to Split. Flybe. has not been allowed to resume seasonal flights between Manchester and Guernsey as the government of Guernsey has denied it a license to operate the route on a seasonal basis only. State owned Aurigny Air Services (GR/Guernsey) operates two daily services on the route year round. Guernsey is not part of the European Union and therefore not covered by the EU open skies policy. Flybe. will also give up its routes from Birmingham and Manchester to Frankfurt Intl on July 24.
