bmi regional (Aberdeen Dyce) is expected to be sold by parent Lufthansa (LH/Frankfurt Intl) to a group of Scottish investors led by Graeme Ross and Ian Woodley that originally sold the carrier then known as Business Air to bmi british midland (BD/East Midlands) in the mid-nineties. The carrier would then be rebranded and operate as a separate entity from bmi that has already been sold to British Airways (BA/London Heathrow).
