Vietnam Airlines (VN, Hanoi Noi Bai International) has agreed to acquire 70% of Jetstar Pacific (Ho Chi Minh City) from the Vietnamese State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) later this spring. Qantas (QF, Sydney Kingsford Smith) will also increase its stake in the carrier from 27% to 30%.
