Jet Airways (Mumbai International) will simplify its brands used as of March 25 and will only be offering two products going forward. Jet Airways itself will operate under 9W flight numbers and continue to offer a premium product on the majority of all international services and some selected domestic routes. All low-fare services currently operated by Jet Airways as Jet Airways Konnect (Mumbai International) and by subsidiary JetLite (Delhi International) will then operate under the new slightly modified Jet Konnect (Mumbai International) brand. Both Jet Airways and JetLite will continue to operate as separate carriers and JetKonnect services will be provided using S2 or 9W flight numbers depending on the operator of a specific flight. Jet Airways has however reportedly abandoned plans to lease four A330-300s for additional long-haul services.
