Oman Air (WY, Muscat) has placed an order with Airbus (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac) for three A330-300s for use on its long-haul routes. The deal, estimated to be worth around USD720million based on list prices, sees the carrier grow its A330 fleet to a total of 10 aircraft of which four are A330-200s and three are A330-300s. While no delivery date has been announced, Oman Air will be taking delivery of six B737-800s from 2014, while six B787-8s are due from 2015 on.
