Allegiant Air (G4, Las Vegas Harry Reid) has filed an application with the US Department of Transportation (DOT) to operate twice-weekly flights from Las Vegas Harry Reid to Hermosillo and San José Cabo in Mexico. If approved, the year-round flights would start around June 1, 2014 using the airline's McDonnell Douglas (Long Beach) MD-8X jets. These would be the first international scheduled services for Allegiant Air.
