Xiamen Airlines (MF, Xiamen) has announced plans to increase the size of its B737 NextGen fleet with the purchase of an additional twenty jets next year. The Chinese carrier currently operates seventeen B737-700s and eighty-four B737-800s on domestic as well as regional flights to Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea, Taiwan, Macau, Cambodia, and Singapore.
The news comes as the Air Finance Journal reports Xiamen Airlines is also looking to dispose of two of its six B757-200s.
