Jeju Air (7C, Jeju) majority shareholder, South Korean conglomerate AK Holdings, says it has donated 1 million Jeju Air shares, held by its affiliate Aekyung Fat and Oil Industry, to the City of Jeju.
A filing with the KOSPI index shows the South Korean conglomerate's stake in the LCC has now decreased from 67.89%, to 64.08%.
