Silver Air (United States of America) (SIS, Fresno Yosemite) is set to add a maiden Boeing BBJ, a business jet based on the B737-700, and intends to make it available for private charters in Spring 2018.

The aircraft will be based out of Southern California. Silver Air aims to attract executive management teams, big international music tours, and other VVIP individuals as customers for charters.

The BBJ will be configured in a 16-seat layout or alternatively will be able to carry up to 10 passengers in overnight configuration.

Silver Air currently manages a fleet of smaller business aircraft, including two Gulfstream IV-SPs, one Gulfstream IV, one Falcon 2000, one Gulfstream G200, two Challenger 300s, five Cessna Aircraft Company Citation Xs, one Citation II, one Citation CJ2, one Citation CJ3, and one E500.
