Vista Global announced, on September 20, that it is acquiring XOJET Aviation's fleet and commercial aviations.
XOjet itself will continue to operate as a joint venture under "US control and leadership, in accordance with US Department of Transportation criteria", Vista Global has announced in a press release.
The US operator currently operates forty-three aircraft including Challenger 300s and Cessna Citation 750 Xs.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2018.
Vista Global is a recently established Dubai International Financial Centre-based holding company now owning VistaJet (Malta) (VJT, Malta International), lessor Vista Lease, and IT provider TechX.
