AeroSur (Santa Cruz Viru Viru) has seen its participation in the IATA clearing house and billing and settlement plans suspended on April 24 as a result of unpaid bills. This means in practice that travel agents are not currently able to issue IATA tickets in global distribution systems for Aerosur flights and that Aerosur is no longer able to receive or pay interline charges for tickets sold by or for other airlines.
