American Airlines (AA, Dallas/Fort Worth) has announced on August 3 that it has exercised options for two additional B777-300ERs and at the same time agreed with Boeing (BOE, Washington National) to convert an outstanding order for a B777-200ER to a B777-300ER. With this additional commitment, it now has five B777-200ERs and thirteen B777-300ERs on order from Boeing.
