Luxaviation Group has acquired Sky Valet, a French company with a network of fixed base operators (FBOs) in southern Europe, from Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur.

The new acquisition will be integrated with the existing network of FBOs run by Luxaviation Group unit ExecuJet. Sky Valet owns 17 locations in Spain and Portugal and has a further eight FBOs affiliated through its Sky Valet Connect programme.

"This acquisition represents a pivotal moment for Luxaviation Group and our continued expansion in the global FBO market. After a regrouping phase following Covid, Luxaviation Group is focused on enhancing our ability to deliver unparalleled service quality and operational excellence to our clients. Together with Sky Valet, we continue expanding the reach of the ExecuJet Network and our ambition of sustainability, setting new benchmarks in the industry," Luxaviation Group CEO Patrick Hansen said.

The Luxembourg-based group operates numerous fixed-wing and helicopter AOCs under the Luxaviation and ExecuJet Air Charter brands in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, and Australia.
