People's Viennaline (Altenrhein) and Austrian Airlines (OS, Vienna) are in advanced talks about a cooperation agreement for flights between Altenrhein and Vienna thaat would see Austrian pull out from the route by the end of March 2013 in favour of a codeshare agreement with People’s according to Austrian newspaper Vorarlberger Nachrichten. People’s Viennaline is owned by a holding company that also owns Altenrhein airport that is located in Switzerland but only commercially served by the two Austrian carriers that use it to link the Austrian state of Vorarlberg close to the Swiss border with Vienna.
