Buffalo River Aviation (OFT) has made available for charter a Citation Sovereign it has operated since late 2024, the company announced on social media. The jet will be operated under the Part 135 certificate of partner JetTech (Lexington Blue Grass).

The 16.8-year-old aircraft, N507GC (msn 680-0239), is configured for up to nine passengers and is based at Bentonville, AR. Initially registered as N636BC and operated by Buffalo River Aviation since December 2024, it was reregistered as N507GC on June 28.

As Buffalo River Aviation is a non-certified operator, the aircraft is being placed on the Part 135 certificate of JetTech, where it is the first unit of the type. The company already operates a Citation Jet 3+ and a King Air F90 on Buffalo River Aviation's behalf. JetTech's Part 135 fleet also includes a Premier IA, added earlier this year, and a King Air B200, although neither of these aircraft are listed on Buffalo River Aviation's website.

The Citation Sovereign marks Buffalo River Aviation’s first mid-size jet available for charter. The company also provides aircraft management services and additionally operates a PC-12, a Beech (twin piston) 58, a King Air C90, a King Air B200, and a Cessna (single piston) 182. None of these are currently Part 135-certified and are flown under the operator’s ‘OFT’ code.
