Toumai Air Tchad (N'Djamena) is planning to resume operations shortly with a B737-300 4L-IMA (MSN 24717) wet-leased from Georgian Star International (Tbilisi) according to Aerotransport. The national carrier had been grounded in early July 2012 over safety issues and at the time operated with a single Fokker 28-4000. No details about its network plans have emerged yet, but Toumaï used to operate from N'Djamena to Bangui, Cotonou Cadjehoun, Douala and Khartoum prior to having its air operator certificate suspended.
