Wizz Air (W6, Budapest) has announced plans to move its two routes from both Gdansk and Warsaw Modlin to Glasgow Prestwick over to Glasgow International from March 1 onwards. Wizz currently offers twice weekly services from both Polish airports although flights from Warsaw currently operate from Warsaw Chopin because of the partial runway closure at Modlin. This will leave Ryanair (FR, Dublin International) as the only scheduled passenger operator at Prestwick.
