Pelita Air (IP, Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta) plans to replace some of its six DHC-7-100 turboprops by ex-Kingfisher Airlines (Mumbai International) ATR72-500s. It will shortly take delivery of a first ex-Kingfisher aircraft (c/n 746) currently being prepared for the carrier mainly operating charter services on behalf of natural resource exploration and mining companies in Indonesia.
