SunExpress Deutschland (Frankfurt International) is planning to base a B737-800 at Leipzig/Halle with effect from October 28 in aide of its planned winter 2013/14 timetable. From Leipzig, the German Turkish carrier plans to serve Luxor, Hurghada, Sharm el Sheikh and Marsa Alam in Egypt along with Tenerife Norte, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands. In addition, during winter this year, Sun Express will continue its non-stop flights from Leipzig to Antalya.
