Aeroandinas (ARD, Santo Domingo Buenaventura Vivas) is a new Venezuelan start-up that plans to operate Jetstream 31s. Thus far, the first twinprop of the type to have been identified is an ex Blue Islands (SI, Jersey) machine, G-ISLB (cn 871).
