Volaris (Y4, México City International) has announced it will commence scheduled services to the Nevadan destination of Reno/Tahoe beginning December 16. The 2x weekly flight to the central Mexican city of Guadalajara will be the Nevadan airport's first international route.

Currently Reno sees service from Alaska Airlines (AS, Seattle Tacoma International), Allegiant Air (G4, Las Vegas Harry Reid), American Airlines (AA, Dallas/Fort Worth), Delta Air Lines (DL, Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson), Southwest Airlines (WN, Dallas Love Field), United Airlines (UA, Chicago O'Hare), and US Airways (Phoenix Sky Harbor) with flights offered to 15 destinations throughout the United States.
