Wamos Air (EB, Madrid Barajas) is set to expand its fleet portfolio with the addition of a maiden pair of A330-200s. According to Skyliner Aviation, the two aircraft are ex-Monarch Airlines (1968) (London Luton) machines cn 261 and 265. While the latter is currently undergoing pre-delivery checks at Birmingham, GB, the former is still in service with Malaysia's Eaglexpress Air Charter (Kuala Lumpur International) operating flights for flynas (XY, Riyadh).
Formerly Pullmantur Air (Madrid Barajas), Wamos Air also operates five B747-400s one of which is away on duty for Conviasa (V0, Caracas Simón Bolivar) on a long-term wet-lease contract.
