Southwest Airlines (WN, Dallas Love Field) has announced it will use its four Long Beach slots to launch 4x daily return flights to Oakland International beginning June 5.

Of the nine newly available slots issued in February this year, the City of Long Beach awarded Southwest four, JetBlue Airways (B6, New York JFK) three, and Delta Air Lines (DL, Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson) two.
