Pacific Aerospace (Hamilton, NZ) has secured an order for five P-750 XSTOL turboprop aircraft from China's General Administration of Sport's state-owned aviation school.

According to The New Zealand Herald, the aircraft will be used for professional skydiving team training, competition and operational needs.

Pacific Aerospace will commission its first China-based assembly facility later this year. The project is a joint-venture with the Beijing General Aviation (Changzhou) (BGAC) and is based at the Changzhou National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone’s Aviation Industrial Park.
