Blue Air (Romania) (BLA, Bucharest Henri Coanda) has placed an order for two B737-800s and has leased an ex-Air One (AP/Rome Fiumicino) B737-400. It will introduce several new services this summer season: Bucharest-Arad-Barcelona: weekly service starting on April 6 Bucharest Baneasa-Berlin Schönefeld: 3x weekly service starting on March 31 Bucharest Baneasa-Larnaca: 3x weekly service starting on March 31 Bucharest Baneasa-Sibiu-Stuttgart: 2x weekly service starting on June 3 Blue Air will give up its Bacau-Cuneo, Bacau-Turin and Bucharest Baneasa-Turin routes by the end of March. It has already terminated its Bacau-Barcelona, Bacau-Paris Beauvais, Iasi-Milan Orio al Serio and Iasi-Paris Beauvais routes.
