Air Seoul (RS, Seoul Incheon) is planning to begin scheduled passenger flights to the island of Guam International during the third quarter of this year.

According to the Korean Air (KE, Seoul Incheon) unit's application for a Foreign Air Carrier Permit (FACP) lodged wth the US Department of Transportation (DOT), daily flights to Guam from Seoul Incheon are set to begin on September 17.

"Air Seoul may offer service to other points in the United States with other aircraft from its fleet in the future," it added.

Launched in July 2016, Air Seoul currently offers budget flights to seven destinations in Japan and three in Cambodia, Malaysia, and Macau. It currently operates three A321-200s with plans to add a further two in June and August of this year, pursuant to a lease arrangement being signed.
