Aer Lingus (EI, Dublin International) has put its first two ex-Iberia (IB, Madrid Barajas) A319-100s into service yesterday on March 25. The aircraft are based in Belfast International where they have replaced two of three A320-200s replacing the A320s on the routes from there to the Spanish destinations of Alicante Elche Miguel Hernández, Barcelona El Prat, Faro, Lanzarote, Málaga and Tenerife Sur. London Heathrow continues to be served three times daily from Belfast with an A320-200.
