ROAM Maui (Kahului) – a members-only air shuttle charter service – was launched on October 26, 2022, connecting Kahului on the Hawaiian island of Maui to the mainland US cities of Los Angeles International, San José, US, and Seattle Tacoma International.

The company acts as an indirect air carrier in procuring flights for its members which are flown under Part 380 Exemption from the US Department of Transportation (DOT) by licensed Part 121 carrier Hillwood Airways (Fort Worth Alliance), using two VIP-configured B737-700s sporting just 58 all-first-class seats. Flights use private airport lounge departures and arrivals, hop-on/hop-off booking policies, and concierge services. Onboard perks include celebrity chefs and a "Pets on Jets" programme.

The service is aimed at wealthy US home-owners - who otherwise travel frequently by private jet or first-class commercial air - of five residential communities on Maui: Kapalua Resort Association, Kaanapali Golf Estates, Makena Golf & Beach Club, Kula Community Association & Wailea Resort Association. The business model relies on annual membership costing less than a single round trip on a private jet.
