WOW air (Reykjavik Keflavik) will drop its service from Reykjavik Keflavik to St. Louis Lambert International as of January 7, 2019, and will also not resume its summer-only seasonal services to Cincinnati International and Cleveland Hopkins for Summer 2019, USA Today has reported.

The last flights to the latter two cities are scheduled for October 26 and October 25, 2018, respectively. The ch-aviation schedules module shows that the routes to St. Louis, Cincinnati, and Cleveland operate onboard A321-200s.

ch-aviation schedule analysis has also revealed that the carrier's routes to Dallas/Fort Worth (with an A330-300) and New York JFK are due to terminate at the end of October. Speaking to USA Today, a spokesperson for the carrier said that WOW air had not yet decided whether they will return for the Summer 2019 season.

Following the termination of the St. Louis route, WOW air's US network for Winter 2018/19 will be down to nine destinations: Baltimore International, Boston, Chicago O'Hare, Detroit Metropolitan, Los Angeles International, New York Newark, Orlando International, Pittsburgh International, and San Francisco.
