Delta Air Lines (DL, Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson) retired its last domestic B767-300 on June 2, 2019, the Airways Magazine has reported.

The last aircraft of the type in Delta's fleet, N1402A (msn 25989), operated last revenue service on June 2 between Salt Lake City and Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson as DL1802. It was subsequently ferried to Blytheville on June 3.

The Boeing widebody is a 26-year-old aircraft which has accumulated 85,258 flight hours and 30,521 cycles through the end of March 2019, the ch-aviation fleets module shows. It is owned by Delta.

Delta used to operate the B767-300s predominantly on trunk domestic sectors.

The airline continues to operate fifty-six B767-300(ER)s and twenty-one B767-400(ER)s. According to the ch-aviation schedules module, Delta deploys the aircraft on its domestic transcontinental routes, to Honolulu, to destinations in China, Japan, Seoul Incheon, Manila Ninoy Aquino International, and Singapore Changi both from the US mainland and Hawaii, to Europe, and to Dakar Blaise Diagne International and Accra.
