From the start of the Summer 2020 season, Norwegian Air International (Dublin International) is switching the Paris airport it serves from Paris Orly to Paris CDG for the low-cost carrier's (LCC) flights from Copenhagen Kastrup and Helsinki Vantaa, according to schedule data analysed by ch-aviation.

The daily B737-800 service from Copenhagen to Orly will be terminated on 27 March, 2020. From March 29, the Paris operation relocates across the French capital to CDG.

In addition, the LCC is commencing a new service to CDG, as it links Helsinki Vantaa with the French capital from March 30, 2020. Flight D8414 will initially run 2x weekly with flights on Mondays and Fridays, with a third weekly flight (Wednesdays) added in the peak season between June and August. This route was also previously scheduled to operate to/from Orly.

At CDG, the LCC's parent Norwegian (Oslo Gardermoen) already offers services to Fort Lauderdale International, Los Angeles International, New York JFK, Orlando International, Oslo Gardermoen, San Francisco and Stockholm Arlanda with routes to Bergen, Boston, and Denver International to be added from the end of March.

The group will no longer operate to/from Orly altogether effective March 27.
